2. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times

Domestic Shipping (United States)

We offer the following shipping options for orders within the United States:

  • Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery within 2-4 business days after processing.

Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order. Business days mean Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.

International Shipping (European Union)

We are pleased to offer international shipping to countries within the European Union.

  • Standard International Shipping: Estimated delivery within 10-20 business days after processing.

  • Free Standard Shipping is available for all domestic orders over $50.00.

International Shipping (European Union)

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

5. International Shipping – Important Notes

  • Customs, Duties, and Taxes: Wickle is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

6. Incorrect Address or Undeliverable Packages

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the accuracy of the shipping address provided. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the item. We will contact you upon receipt of the returned package to arrange re-delivery and collect any additional shipping fees.

7. Lost or Damaged Packages

Wickle is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery has been confirmed by the carrier.
